The Heights House

What was once a horrible hoarding scenario is now a relaxing retreat. We loved that we were able to take a house that was basically unliveable and revitalize it, saving it from being torn down. The biggest changes we made involved relocating the kitchen and main floor bathroom, and completely restructuring the staircase. The master bedroom got loads of additional storage and beautiful wood beams to accent the sloping ceilings.

The Grand Glenora

Situated in one of our favourite neighbourhoods in Edmonton, the Grand Glenora was big from the start. It was our most extensive and most expensive flip to date. We decided to completely rework the layout of all three levels, add a massive master bathroom and, even, add a secret room...

Our second house flip in the Capilano neighbourhood was passed on to us by the original homeowners - absolutely lovely people who whole heartedly loved their home. We knew we had to honour the memories and all the love that was shared in this home, so we approached the renovation with a lot of care, hoping to do it justice! We think the final reveal showcases an incredible home, full of thoughtful touches and lots of charm.

Laurier Heights was completed in the fall of 2015, with a gorgeous alley kitchen, a new sloped ceiling in the living room and a show stopping fireplace.

The Capilano Project

In the spring of 2015, we completed our second successful home flip in the Capilano neighbourhood. The biggest part of the remodel involved tearing out the kitchen walls and creating one large open floor plan. The end result was a gorgeous high end kitchen and living space, with a show stopping floor to ceiling fireplace design.

The Forest Heights Project

Our first home flip in Edmonton. We were inspired by the existing panelling and amazing fireplace.
